Job summary

Highgate Care in Clipstone is seeking a Care Assistant to join our small, compassionate team at Clipstone Hall & Lodge. We value kindness, dignity and person-centred care, helping residents to thrive in a warm, respectful environment.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, support mobility, and help residents engage in activities, while keeping rooms clean and records up to date under our policies.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is a bonus.
• Warm, positive attitude and people skills.
• Able to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Residents with daily living activities while preserving dignity.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and assist with mobility as needed.
• Record daily care notes and follow care plans.
• Assist in social activities and respond to nurse calls.
• Keep rooms clean and equipment maintained; dispose of waste per policy.
