Job summary

Bupa UK Kilfillan House in Berkhamsted is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, personal care and companionship, helping them maintain independence and dignity in a warm, supportive environment.

You will follow care plans, observe changes, document accurately, assist with nutrition and hydration, and provide stimulating activities while upholding regulatory standards and Bupa values.

Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Desirable care-home experience or Health and Social Care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Monitor residents' behaviour and document changes per legislation.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration per care plan.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
