Job summary

Brendoncare Foundation is seeking a Care Assistant to join our day team in Froxfield, Wiltshire, near Marlborough. The role involves providing person-centred care, supporting daily living activities, and building relationships with residents.

You’ll work 24 or 36 hours per week, with pay £13.38 per hour, rising to £13.72 with NVQ2. The position offers training, DBS checks, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF 2 in Health & Social Care preferred but values matter most.
• Good communication, reliability and willingness to learn are essential.
