HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will assist with personal care, meals and daily activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring each resident is treated with dignity and respect.

You will help deliver compassionate, heart-led care, recognise safeguarding responsibilities, and contribute to a team that values inclusivity, development, and resident wellbeing at all times.
