Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Care Assistant to join our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will support residents with personal care, daily activities and meals under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, delivering care with compassion and respect for each individual’s dignity.

You will work as part of a dedicated team, prioritising safeguarding, wellbeing and compassionate end-of-life support where needed, while helping residents live with purpose.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing under the guidance of a Registered Nurse
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals
• Help with daily activities in the home and maximise residents' independence
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care and recognise safeguarding responsibilities
