Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates initiative and respect for residents and staff.
• Efficient worker able to carry reasonable instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise clinical risk areas (weight loss, falls, infections) and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain courteous conduct toward residents and visitors and support the care team.
