Job summary

Tunbridge Wells Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care for residents in a modern home in Royal Tunbridge Wells. You will support daily living activities, follow care plans and contribute to residents’ dignity and wellbeing.

We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers, with full training and ongoing development provided. Competitive hourly rate £13.32, plus paid DBS, pension, uniform, and 5.6 weeks annual leave for full-time work.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday.
• You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Following care plans and recognising changes in condition to contribute to safe and consistent care.
• Working as part of a supportive team to create a warm and positive environment.
