Job summary

HC-One is looking for a Care Assistant to join our team in our care homes across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care, meals and daily activities.

You’ll help residents live with dignity and purpose, recognise safeguarding responsibilities, and contribute to a compassionate, person-centred environment where every individual is valued.
