HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant to support residents in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to help with personal care, meals and daily activities, ensuring residents retain their individuality.

Qualifications

• Care Assistant role under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Support physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Deliver care with compassion and respect for residents' individuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Support residents with daily activities in the home.
• Provide care that prioritises residents' wellbeing and comfort.
