Job summary

Havencourt Care Home in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire, provides Residential, Nursing and Dementia care for up to 42 residents. We are recruiting a Care Assistant on a full-time contract to support daily living and wellbeing, following individualized care plans with a compassionate, person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, mobility support and nutrition help.
• Follow care plans and monitor changes in residents' condition.
• Deliver safe, responsive and consistent care.
• Support residents' emotional wellbeing and dignity.
• Work as part of a supportive team with training and development.
