HC-One is seeking a caring and committed Care Assistant to join our team across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes in Scotland. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing with personal care, meals and daily activities, helping residents live with dignity and purpose.

You will provide compassionate support, safeguarding, and person-centred care to residents, including those with limited mobility

Qualificações

• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing and hygiene.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Assist with meals and daily activities in the home.
• Deliver care with compassion and respect residents’ individuality, including those with limited mobility or distress.
