Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care needs including undressing, washing, bathing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and physical disabilities; support with incontinence and use of aids.
• Promote independence and dignity while encouraging engagement in activities.
• Support daily living tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping and laundry as required.
• Record observations, assist with reports and participate in care planning and reviews.
• Report significant changes in health or circumstances to the registered manager.
