Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care, daily activities and meals while ensuring dignity and compassionate, person-centred support.

You will contribute to residents' wellbeing, comfort and safety, with safeguarding training and a commitment to respectful care.

Qualifications

• Supports the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Performs personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support residents.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents with dignity and respect.
• Assist with daily activities in the home and respond to individual needs.
• Ensure safeguarding is observed and report concerns as needed.
