South Coast Nursing Homes is seeking two Care Assistants to join Abundant Grace, our luxurious Dementia Nursing Home in Seaford, on day shifts. This full-time and part-time role offers training and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents.
• Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary.
• Ensuring electronic residents' personalised interactions are inputted on the system.
• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences.
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
