Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support residents with dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily activities to ensure comfort and safety.
• Identify clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalate promptly.
• Follow safe systems of work and collaborate with the care team to maintain continuity of service.
