• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.

• Recognise and escalate clinical risks such as weight loss, sores or falls.
• Escalate identified risks in a timely manner.
• Act courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
• Work with the care team to ensure continuity of services.
• Follow safe systems of work across tasks.
• Carry out reasonable instructions from team members.
