HC-One is recruiting a Care Assistant to join our team. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, supporting residents with personal care, meals and daily activities to ensure dignity and purpose.
The role includes safeguarding responsibilities and a commitment to compassionate, person-centered care across dementia, nursing and residential settings. The 3 on 3 off shift pattern is part of a full-time arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
- Assist with daily activities and support emotional and social wellbeing.
