Greensleeves Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in daily living, upholding dignity and choice in a 24-hour care environment. You will assist with dressing, personal care, mobility, and hygiene while following workplace values of respect and responsibility.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, resident rights, and caring for elders within our homes across England. DBS disclosure is required for the successful candidate.

Competenze

• Understanding of the needs of residents
• Understanding the importance of confidentiality
• QCF diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent (Desirable)
• Experience of providing care (Desirable)
• Experience of working with elders (Desirable)

Mansioni

• Provide support and care to residents while promoting independence, privacy, dignity and choice.
• Assist residents with dressing, washing, bathing and toilet use.
• Support residents with mobility and the use of personal equipment.
• Support residents with personal hygiene and continence
