Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) is required.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong, compassionate approach with good communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct activities of daily living for residents and monitor well-being.
• Identify risks and report changes to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with team to provide support as needed.
