Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is seeking motivated Clinical Support Workers to join the Acute Services team. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care across fast-paced clinical areas and support patients with their fundamental needs.

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to maintain clinical standards, support patient recovery, and assist with patient flow and discharge planning within the acute setting. Interviews will be held face to face.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care for patients.
• Assist patients with their fundamental care needs in acute clinical areas.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to maintain high care standards.
• Support patient recovery and contribute to patient flow and discharge planning.
