This role involves planning and providing a range of social activities tailored to individual needs, including those with dementia. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be a naturally caring person who can build supportive relationships with residents. Competitive hourly pay of £12.40 – £12.60 with various employee benefits including paid leave and a pension scheme.
