A rare opportunity has arisen to join the legal team of a FTSE-listed international business as Senior Company Secretarial Assistant.

Having recently completed a major financing and with strong commercial momentum, the company is in a fantastic position, offering an opportunity to join a lean, high-performing legal function where you'll gain valuable exposure and development opportunities from day one.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you'll work closely with senior legal leadership, the Company Secretary and a range of stakeholders across the business on a broad range of company secretarial, governance and entity management matters.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone earlier in their company secretarial career who is looking to broaden their experience within a listed international business and develop towards an Assistant Company Secretary role over time.
Experience within a UK listed business would be advantageous but is not essential.
Candidates who are CGI qualified, recently qualified or part-qualified are all encouraged to apply. Support for continued professional development will be provided.
