Role

• Assisting in residential ‘plot’ sales, acting on the part of property developers selling their newly-built properties
• Assisting other fee earners on files initially, with a view to building up your own caseload,to include:
  • Assisting with reviewing files and preparing draft reports on title
  • Acting on sales, purchase, leases and licences
  • Assisting with development projects for clients – including site set up and plot sales
  • Research on areas that arise that need to be considered
  • Assisting with preparing and updating suite of template documents

You

• 1-5years PQE within commercial property
• The successful candidate will be joining a busy, hardworking team and will be expected to deliver exceptional client service
