We raise awareness about online safety topics like cyberbullying, online privacy, and artificial intelligence deepfakes, empowering everyone to navigate the digital world confidently. By offering educational resources, support services, and workshops, we promote digital well-being. Our mission combines community engagement with expert insights to make a lasting impact on digital safety.

Role Description

This is a Part-time role for Community Volunteers. Volunteers will be responsible for raising awareness about online safety topics, providing support services, organizing and facilitating digital well-being workshops, and engaging with the community through various platforms. Volunteers will assist in creating and distributing educational resources and collaborate with other team members to achieve the initiative's objectives.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Community and social purpose
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in community engagement and advocacy
• Digital Marketing experience is desirable to enhance social media presence
• Knowledge of online safety topics such as cyberbullying, online privacy, and AI deepfakes
• Ability to organize and facilitate workshops and educational events
• Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms
• Passion for creating a safer digital environment
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in volunteer work or similar roles is a plus
• Preferably based in Wales, other locations will be considered for remote volunteering.
