Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Community Urgent Care GP roles across SDEC sites at Witney and Abingdon Community Hospitals. The role offers flexible hours, with shifts between 9 and 12 hours, and a mix of in‑person and remote assessments to support patients in Oxfordshire.

The post involves inpatient and home‑visit duties, collaboration with multi‑disciplinary teams, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality care seven days a week.

Formación

• Full GMC registration with license to practice.
• Completion of GP training (MRCGP or JCPTGP certificate).
• Active NHS clinical experience in General Practice with urgent care exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality clinical care and assessments.
• Undertake cSDEC consultations, home visits and telephone consultations as per job plan.
• Deliver personalised, evidence‑informed medical assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate with Primary Care, acute and specialist services to manage patient care.

Conocimientos

GMC registration
