You will plan daily life, support with budgeting, meals, and personal care, and help coordinate medical appointments. Qualifikationen

• Basic understanding of English and Maths for daily notes and supporting with finances
• DBS check required before appointment
• Ability to use digital platforms to upload data such as daily notes

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver support and care according to each person’s plan
• Promote rights, dignity and privacy; help individuals be as independent as possible
• Administer and record medication, order stock and check supplies
• Provide personal care where registered
• Plan menus, shop for, cook and prepare meals with people
• Help people budget and manage finances; assist with benefits
• Support tenancy matters and access landlord services
• Arrange and attend medical appointments with families and professionals
• Support social life, relationships, spiritual fulfilment and meaningful activities
• Keep records: support plans, daily notes, risk assessments, safeguarding reports
