Job summary

Camphill Village Trusts Oaklands Park is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred care to residents. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, personal care where registered, and medication administration while maintaining accurate support-plan records.

The role involves shift work, lone working, and moving around the site as required. A DBS check is required before appointment and you will work in partnership with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Basic English and maths for writing notes and supporting finances.
• Proactive and forward thinking.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes.
• Calm under pressure and practical problem solving on shift.

Responsibilities

• Promote rights, choices, health, safety, dignity and privacy through person-centred approaches.
• Plan and deliver care and support under team leader direction.
• Manage personal care where registered and administer medications.
• Complete support plans and daily notes, risk assessments and reports.
• Work on site in shift patterns and lone working when required.
