This Support Worker post with Camphill Village Trust sits within its village community, supporting adults who live there as tenants. The core work is person-centred: planning daily life, cooking and budgeting alongside people, arranging health appointments, giving personal care where registered, and handling medication. Work is community-based and shift-based, with staff expected to cover anywhere on site, and the site is not served by public transport, so a car is strongly advantageous.
