You will be working for our Step-Down service, which provides a safe space for up to five individuals at any one time upon discharge from hospital due to poor mental health.
As a Community Support Worker, you would enable individuals to find suitable accommodation in the community as well as link up with health and social care support services. We are looking for an empathetic, adaptable individual with a non-judgmental approach.
The role will be carried out through the following weekly shifts:
•Mondays 10am to 10pm (including 30 minutes unpaid break)
•Fridays 10am to 10pm (including 30 minutes unpaid break)
•Sundays 10am to 2pm
