Job summary

Cheshire East Council’s Care4CE – Wilmslow Supported Living Network is seeking a Permanent Grade 4 Community Support Worker. The role is 37 hours per week with pay of £13.26–£13.47 per hour plus enhanced pay. The package includes weekends, bank holidays pay, and development opportunities.

You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily activities, and help tenants live independently with dignity, while working as part of a caring team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driving licence for tenant support across the borough.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support.
• Assist tenants with personal care and daily tasks.
• Support with medication and access to community services.
• Keep accurate care records and support care planning.
