Job summary

Aspire Housing and Personal Development Services is hiring a Support Worker to help individuals in the community with daily living, wellbeing, and social inclusion. You will support people 1:1 in homes and communities, provide personal care, and assist with medications and appointments.

No prior experience is required; we offer full induction and a strong learning pathway. A UK driving licence is needed, with flexibility for day, evening, or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full induction and training provided.
• Ability to connect with people and show genuine care.
• Full UK Driving Licence required; driving automatic and manual vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support people 1:1 in their homes and local community.
• Provide personal care and assist with medications, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines.
• Encourage social participation and independence and support at events.
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a compassionate team.
