Working in rehabilitation is unlike any other support role. As a Community Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in helping individuals rebuild their independence, confidence, and everyday life skills following a brain injury.

We are Brainkind, a national charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with brain injuries across the UK. Through our specialist rehabilitation services, we support individuals recovering from trauma, illness, and other neurological conditions to regain lost skills and live independently.
Our teams are passionate, supportive, and driven by a shared purpose. You’ll be joining a workplace where teamwork, compassion, and respect are at the heart of everything we do.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll see real progress and gain a strong sense of achievement from helping others live more independently.
