Job summary

Communities and Education requires a Community Support Worker to guide and support participants in a community setting. You will work one-on-one and in groups, coordinating with volunteer mentors and ensuring safeguarding and case management across adults and children.

Key responsibilities include meeting targets, connecting participants with housing and health resources, and promoting a learning environment for staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with caseload management and safeguarding is desirable.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate electronic records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to engage diverse groups and motivate participation.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and team targets in line with contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with volunteer mentors to connect participants with housing and health resources.
• Contribute to a learning environment and share best practices.
• Ensure case management, risk coordination and safeguarding of adults and children.
• Notify Probation Service as required by policy.
