Job summary

Co-op in Mallaig is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team on a busy retail floor, supporting daily operations, tills and stock. You’ll be a friendly, proactive presence helping customers and ensuring smooth service.

You’ll work a mix of opening, middle and closing shifts, with at least two closings and one weekend. This is a part-time, permanent role offering 20 hours per week plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Lead a small team on shift to ensure smooth store operations.
• Experience in retail or merchandising is helpful but not required.
• Motivate staff to deliver friendly, efficient service.
