Job Description:

This is a permanent, part-time post of 14 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Sunday, between 1630 - 0830hrs .

Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part time hours.

A clean current driving licence is required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse who already holds a first level adult nursing degree to join our Out of Hours team as a community band 5 staff nurse on a permanent contract within West Dunbartonshire HSCP.

Applicants to the post require to have significant nursing experience and demonstrable leadership and communication skills and evidence of continuing development. They must be passionate about a career in community services and be motivated to work autonomously within a dynamic environment as part of the wider HSCP. As a community staff nurse you will work within the Primary health Care team and under the direction and supervision of the District Nurse, and will assess and deliver an agreed plan of care to individuals within a community setting.
