NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) seeks a compassionate Community Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in patients' homes and community settings. You will join a multidisciplinary team and develop a wide range of clinical skills within one of the UK's largest NHS organisations.

The role requires live NMC UK pin, full-time, permanent base in the South Sector, with shifts 08:00–20:00 including backshifts, weekends and public holidays to meet service needs.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with current NMC Registration and relevant nursing experience
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Experience delivering nursing care in clinical or community settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage workload and make clinical decisions
• Demonstrable leadership, problem-solving and teamwork
• Good IT skills including electronic patient records and MS Office; driving licence desirable for community work

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for community patients
• Deliver nursing interventions including wound care, catheter care, medications and palliative support
• Collaborate with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes
• Prioritise workload and respond to planned and unplanned care needs
• Support health promotion, rehabilitation, and independence in the community
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure care follows standards and guidelines
• Contribute to development and supervision of students and junior staff
