Job summary

Bellshill Locality Community Nursing Service seeks an experienced Community Staff Nurse. You will assess, plan and deliver care in partnership with patients, families and carers, within NHS Lanarkshire policies.

The post requires a registered nurse with community experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Weekend/public holiday work is included.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with community nursing experience.
• Must have valid NMC registration.
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Good time management and IT skills; driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement programmes of care with patients and families.
• Deliver community nursing duties in line with NHS Lanarkshire policies.
• Participate in Clinical Governance to improve practice.
• Work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
