Job description

We have a vacancy for a 30 hour position with the Todmorden team as part of Upper Valley District Nursing teams. Whilst this is the main team base, the role will involve working for all bases across the community division., Are you passionate about providing the best possible care, empowering patients and delivering complex care in the community?

We are seeking enthusiastic staff members with excellent communication skills, who are highly motivated and adaptable in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you hold a full driving license with access to a vehicle suitable for business use.

This is an exciting time for Calderdale's district nursing teams as we have established 5 community hubs each with its own unique and diverse needs., Community nursing is an exciting and rewarding challenge where you will gain experience in a vast range of clinical skills to help you along your journey as a nurse. You will be supported by an expert team where training and development opportunities are actively encouraged in order to meet the clinical needs of the role. Support and development will be individualised depending on your current skills and experience.
