We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our District Nursing Service covering East Dorset, with full-time hours available within the Crane Valley team.
The role has evolved to focus on caring for complex patients in their home environments, requiring skills in complex wound management, palliative and end-of-life care, medicines management, IV drug administration, and holistic assessment and care planning.
Training will be provided within the Trust for the successful candidate.

Employment requires an Enhanced DBS check, which the Trust will cover. Applicants subscribing to the DBS update service can present a valid certificate.
