Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a District Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care needs of patients and carers referred to District Nursing.

You will provide a high standard of evidence-based nursing care in the community, using excellent communication with patients and families, including those with language barriers or learning disabilities. You will administer drugs within NMC guidelines.
