Job summary

City Health Care Partnership CIC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our community nursing team in Goole. You’ll deliver holistic, person‑centred care and support adults living at home or in residential settings.

Join a friendly, supportive Integrated Nursing and Conditions service where you can grow clinically. You’ll carry out assessments, update EPRs and work with families and carers to manage health needs, while upholding high standards of care.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Nursing Studies or first level RN with current NMC registration.
  • Demonstrated IT skills and ability to use patient record systems.
  • Experience or willingness to work in community nursing and develop clinically.

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care in line with each person’s needs
  • Work with colleagues and partners to support joined-up community care

Job description

Working with your community nursing team, you’ll help deliver safe and person‑centred care that supports people to stay well at home.
You’ll be part of an integrated service that provides high‑quality nursing care to adults with a wide range of needs. Your work will help people manage their health, stay independent and feel supported in their own homes and residential settings.

You will join a friendly and committed team who work closely with colleagues across the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services. We provide a supportive environment where you can grow your clinical skills and contribute to continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:
  • A registered nurse with current NMC registration
  • Good assessment, communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships
  • An interest in community nursing; you may be newly qualified or experienced
  • A willingness to learn, develop and adapt to changing needs

Qualifications
  • Degree in Nursing Studies / First level Registered Nurse or working towards final assessment to achieve first level registration

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the role of a community nurse
