Job summary

Wight Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse or Midwife to join the Health Visiting team across Hampshire. The role is 30 hours per week and focuses on supporting children, young people and families within a dynamic, innovative service.

Applicants should have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team to deliver the Healthy Child Programme, as a valued member of the 0-19 public health nursing service.

Qualifications

• Registered with NMC as a nurse or midwife.
• Experience in public health nursing or health visiting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within teams.
