Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Community Sports Development Officer to drive grassroots sport across East London communities. You will design and manage inclusive programs that boost participation, health, and talent development.

Working with schools, clubs, volunteers, and local authorities, you will secure funding, train volunteers, monitor impact, and report outcomes to strengthen social cohesion through sport.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Sports Management, Community Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in program coordination, community engagement, or sports development.
  • Strong understanding of sports principles and the benefits of physical activity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for working with community groups and fostering inclusive sports environments.

Responsibilities
