Job summary

Good Food Scotland is searching for a Network Support Assistant to enhance community operations across multiple locations in Glasgow. This role includes providing operational cover in community shops, assisting in warehouse management, and facilitating deliveries.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a flexible approach to work, and a clean UK driving license. Training and support will be provided by the team to ensure a smooth integration into the role.

Qualifications

• Experience working in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to undertake manual handling tasks safely.
• Confident driver with experience driving larger vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide cover across community shops during staff absences.
• Assist with food deliveries and collections.
• Maintain communication with the Operations Manager and team.

Skills

Confidence using email and digital systems

Experience in retail or community food provision

Full, clean UK driving license
