Job summary

Langworthy Cornerstone Association Ltd in Salford is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to provide operational leadership across community services, projects and programmes.

You will ensure services are well planned, delivered safely and staffed with care, while supporting volunteers, monitoring performance and managing resources. You will help develop partnerships with funders and commissioners to meet local needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing community, health, wellbeing, voluntary-sector or public-sector services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day service and project delivery.
• Manage, supervise and develop staff and volunteers.
• Oversee funded projects, including targets, budgets and reporting.
• Monitor service performance, quality and impact.
• Support funding applications, tenders and new project development.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, risk management and data protection requirements are met.
• Develop relationships with funders, commissioners, partners and community organisations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service development.
• Support financial and resource management.
• Contribute to Senior Management Team discussions and planning.
