An opportunity has risen to join our Community Safety Team. We are looking for someone who can be part of a passionate team who manage ASB cases to successful outcomes all the while adhering to our policies and procedures. This is alongside developing networks to promote good practice and partnership working and collaborating with external stakeholders to prevent ASB within the community.
The role
In this varied role you will be responsible coordinating an effective and efficient response to ASB in line with Broadacres policies and procedures. Part of this includes investigating and managing serious ASB with external stakeholders to ultimately work to address the behaviour. Working to develop proactive approaches to prevent ASB by developing partnerships is also a key part of the role. You’ll conduct thorough investigations, including interviewing customers and liaising with legal advisors, to determine appropriate action to resolve cases in a satisfactory and legal manner.
You’ll work alongside the Community Safety Manager and other Community Safety Officers within the wider Housing Services team.

You must also hold a valid driving licence, have the ability and confidence to drive and have access to a vehicle with appropriate vehicle insurance.
