We employ almost 380 people across south west Wales and trust each of them to perform their work in ways that achieve the best results for residents, the local community, and the planet.
Our goal is to be a 10,000-home organization for the future, constantly raising the bar to deliver improved services and homes for residents.
Beacon’s Community Safety Team leads efforts on tackling anti-social behavior, safeguarding, supported housing, and related community safety matters.
