Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members to support day-to-day store operations. You will work as part of a friendly team, delivering helpful service and helping customers with purchases, orders, and store tasks in a fast-moving Co-op store.

Applicants should be aged 18+, flexible across shifts (including weekends), and enjoy working in retail. Full training is provided, with possibilities to contribute to local community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Our candidates should have a genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including weekends.
• Interest in retail; previous experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers on the shop floor and tills.
• Assist with keeping shelves stocked, prices accurate, and dates checked.
• Support store operations to create a great shopping experience.
• Promote Co-op Membership and engage with the local community.
