Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Member in Fleet to join a friendly store team. You’ll deliver friendly service, help customers find what they need, and support store operations, including possibilities for the post office, bakery, or online order packing.

You’ll work varied shifts on a part-time basis (12 hours per week with overtime). You’ll help stock shelves, check prices and stock, and promote Co‑op membership as part of a community-minded team with full training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Wlexibility to work across shifts and days.
• Retail experience not required but welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked and prices accurate.
• Assist with post office, bakery or online orders where needed.
• Promote Co‑op membership and community initiatives.
