Job summary

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for two Relief Domestic Cleaners to join the Community team in Bolton. This role is part-time and supports clean, safe hospital and community premises.

You will work as part of a team, follow schedules, use cleaning equipment and handle waste, with flexibility to cover colleagues' leave. The role contributes to the smooth running of healthcare services in the community.

Responsibilities

• Clean, tidy premises with emphasis on patient, kitchen and toilet areas.
• Move furniture and manage waste as required by the Facilities Supervisor.
• If needed, cover for colleagues' annual leave or sickness to maintain continuity of service.
• Able to manoeuvre and operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals with proper care.

Job description

• Ensures that the premises are clean and tidy with particular emphasis on patient, kitchen and toilet areas.
• Works with the Facilities Supervisor to ensure that the agreed delivery of NHS cleaning standards and KPIs for the service are met.
• Works as part of a team, undertaking domestic duties as directed by the Facilities Supervisor which include cleaning, moving furniture and waste removal.
• Works flexibly to cover for colleagues' annual leave and sickness to ensure continuity of service.

• Able to manoeuvre and operate cleaning equipment, exercising own personal duty of care when using equipment or chemicals at work

  We have an exciting opportunity for two Relief Domestic Cleaners to join our Community team on a part time, permanent basis. This position is well-suited to a team player with a customer focused approach and is looking to gain experience within a healthcare environment., Full UK Driving License and access to vehicle
